02 Payment Terms
The full sponsorship amount must be paid upon completion and submission of the sponsorship agreement form. Payments from Omani companies shall be made to the bank account indicated below.
All transfers must be made net of bank charges, meaning all transfer fees must be borne by the sender. Kindly inform your bank accordingly. For all purposes, the amount received in the organizer's account will be considered the final transferred amount.
A copy of the transfer confirmation must be sent to the organizer immediately after the transaction is completed.

How to share your company stamp, photos or videos
Please upload your company stamp image (and any additional photos or videos) to Google Drive and paste the shareable link in the field above. Make sure the link is set to "Anyone with the link can view" so we can access the files.

Upload to Google DriveSign in to drive.google.com and upload your stamp image, photos, or videos to any folder.

Right-click and select "Share"On the file or folder, click Share from the menu.

Change access to "Anyone with the link"Under "General access", switch from Restricted to Anyone with the link, and make sure the role is set to Viewer.

Copy the link and paste it aboveClick Copy link, then paste the URL into the field above. We will be able to view all files using that link.
